VIPPH Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

By registering an account or using any part of the vipph platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

vipph supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the mobile banking platforms most widely used by players in Bangladesh. All transactions at vipph are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The minimum deposit amount at vipph is 100 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit under normal circumstances, though vipph reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts as part of responsible gaming or fraud prevention measures.

• Withdrawals are processed within five minutes under normal operating conditions.

5Bonuses and Promotions

vipph offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• All bonuses at vipph are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless otherwise specified.

8Account Suspension and Closure

vipph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if vipph reasonably believes that:

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting vipph support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification, provided no Terms violations are pending investigation.

vipph will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension where the suspension was caused by the player's own breach of these Terms.
